Brewed with roasted barley for a subtle roasted malt profile giving notes of toasted bread crust, milk chocolate and a gentle roasted grain character. Flavoured after fermentation with 40kg of toasted coconut. Gently bittersweet with a lovely interplay between malt flavour and creamy, fragrant coconut.
