Production method: Whole perry pears crushed and fermented in steel by naturally occurring yeasts within a day of picking. The end perry is bottled on lees without additives and left to naturally carbonate.
Appearance: Cloudy beige with an orange hue
Flavour Profile: A really great balance of sweet and sticky pear flavour and brisk refreshing tartness with just a small amount of farm like funk to round it out. A small amount of characteristically dry and astringent tannins from the fruit skins is present, along with a lively carbonation and a medium to dry finish.
